Fantastic and engrossing blog about being a paramedic (I think in New York.) The entries are a little gruesome but surprisingly funny--because, as the author Daniel Jose Older puts it, "It’s not that if you don’t laugh you’ll cry, it’s that if you don’t laugh you’ll become a fucking shell of a person who can’t function."
